Quicklift/Weekend Facelift

The Quicklift is a revolutionary outpatient procedure that lifts and tightens loose skin and muscle in the lower face and neck in a minimally invasive way. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia with IV sedation. Most patients experience minimal post-operative swelling, bruising and virtually no pain. Results are dramatic (see videos).

The incision is carefully hidden along the sideburn area, around the tragus of the ear, under and behind the earlobe. The skin and underlying soft tissues called the superficial muscle aponeurotic system, or SMAS, are tightened and the excess skin is removed. Dr. Kotoske uses an exclusive suturing technique to reduce tension at the closure and special sutures to further minimize visible scarring.

He is the only doctor trained and certified to perform the Quicklift in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and surrounding cities and has been featured on CBS (Phoenix Affiliate/Channel 5) performing the procedure (see video). Most patients resume their daily routines in just a few days and results that are far surpassing traditional facelift procedures, the Quicklift is rapidly becoming the state of the art procedure for treatment of sagging skin in the lower face and neck region. The procedure is performed in a few short hours and can be combined with procedures to rejuvenate the forehead, eyes, lips, and skin texture. Results, time of surgery and recovery period may vary.
